Jayne Sparks, DNP, RN, CCM, CNE, PHN, is the Co-Coordinator of the RN-BSN-MSN Option in the School of Nursing.  She completed both her BA in Nursing and her MSN at St. Kate's.  She later completed her DNP at the University of Minnesota in Health Innovation and Leadership. She has taught in the School of Nursing since 2013. The focus of her teaching is community health nursing, evidence-based practice, and nursing leadership. Jayne's clinical experience included many years in the field of case management.  She currently serves on the Academia Committee of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA). She is also the Minnesota Liaison for the MidAmerican Chapter of CMSA. Jayne is a volunteer with Wisdom Wellness, a program run by a group of nurses that provides care coordination and health education to low-income seniors.
